Absolutely terrible doctor. Will tell you that you are crazy when he doesn't know what's going on. Lack of knowledge and professionalism along with empathy. Please don't go.

I'm surprised this place even have 3 stars as a rating I guess people are just being generous. Let me start by saying who ever the guy is who answers the phone is extremely rude he has hung up on me more than one occasion if you don't want to be at work you have a choice to stay home looking at other views look like others hasn't had luck either with this facility . Whoever the guy is just rude and nasty for no reason he needs some additional customer service and ethics training I can't get over how awful he is.
The worst experience I have ever had here. If I can I want give them “Minus 5 stars”!!! The front desk guy is ready to fight with you at the first time. You can see very rude Korean dude there. DMV window ladies are 10 times more friendly... Also, he will ask you be there 40 min before your appointment, in case of you are a new patient. He will say he will charge $50 for NO Show. However, if you are late-40 min before your appointment-, He will ask you pay $50 for late charge!!!
Dr. James Suh ,has been my doctor for over 20 years and has done a excellent job for me. I'm a veteran and could use the VA, however when I need medical services I make appointment with Dr.Suh that's my choice he's always available to see me. Thank you, Errett Thomas
