James was great from the beginning to the end of the transaction. He represented me in the purchase of my first condo and I'm so happy I chose him to represent me. He told me the property would appreciate and 5 years later WOW was he spot on! Not only was James professional, kind, and responsive, but he also saved me thousands of dollars. I will always use James when buying or selling a home in San Diego!
