The worst experience ever. My child’s PCP raised a concern about a possible spinal issue, which was later confirmed by an X-ray showing a deviation from the norm. Dr. Tucci was extremely unprofessional — instead of discussing possible next steps he kept repeating the same phrase, “Your child is normal,” over and over, more than 30 times. He was dismissive of our concerns and offered no guidance other than, “Come back in eight months.” If my child is truly “normal,” why would a follow-up be needed? Would not recommend. Doctor is rude and dismissive, spend no more than 2 minutes, disregarded my questions and concerns. Incompetent staff. Got my information wrong and I corrected It three times with them and they STILL got it wrong. Just save your time and money and go somewhere where you will be valued as a patient and human being.
Came for the appointment with my daughter, 20 min drive, to be told that the doctor is not there, no apologies, nothing. Had to take from work to make sure we make the appointment. Then also told that it cannot be re-scheduled because the system is down. Very disappointed with this attitude towards young patients and no respect for the parents time either.

Went and saw Dr. Tucci for my daughters possible wrist fracture. First visit, waited 30 mins past my scheduled appointment time to even be called to complete registration. Another 30 mins to be taken inside. X-ray tech and PA were great. Dr. Tucci came in, and though polite, only saw the patient for 3 minutes. Orders a splint and an MRI.
