There is an employee at the Bronx VA named Jacob Shiflett. He likes to call himself Jacob Estes to troll and post racist content. It’s a shame this man works with our great veterans. Veterans of all different ethnicities who were willing to sacrifice their lives for our great country. REMOVE HIM IMMEDIATELY!!!! 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

I took physical therapy and occupational therapy here only to be received by a bunch of fakes.
Back in 2015 when my dad came to live with me, I had to transfer his membership from the Virginia VA to the Bronx Va. I saw the Bronx Va treat their Veterans with the Utmost respect. Every time my dad had an appointment he never had to wait. Every Dr would say “ Thank You For Your Service”. When dad went in for the last time his room stayed clean. Food was hot. I was truly grateful. When dad was finally admitted to Hospice care his room was like a suite at a lavish hotel. They treated ME just as well. And when dad passed the... read more
