JJ worked really hard on installing our new water heater which would not start. He worked for some time troubleshooting the issue. He ended up replacing a burner assembly which he had with him. That took over an hour but he did not charge us any extra.

I needed a new water heater and put it off for far too long. Marx Plumbing offered reasonable pricing and timely service, compared to other plumbers and most importantly had no issues with inventory! Arrived on time, was efficient with his work and installed the new water heater quickly. Discovered later that night that one shower still wasn't getting hot water and contacted JJ. If you work for a business and have an 800 number, do not call this man. If I could give him NEGATIVE STARS, I would. He answered the phone and was SO RUDE for absolutely no reason. After he realized I was calling from an actual company that needed help with a leaky faucet he tried apologizing for being so rude and mentioned he thought I was a solicitor.
