The worst doctor office that I ever attended. Staff doesn’t notify of the out of pocket expenses before consultation. It’s been over 2 years since my last I visited the doctor and they are still sending me to collections for services that I was never told. Office is shady, unethical and unprofessional. Doctor was good but management horrible.
Visiting this office is a waste of time
I felt very unheard. He kept asking me if I've had a colonoscopy - I'm only 29! It was on every single form I had to fill out; the receptionist asked me, the CNA asked me, the RN asked me, and Dr. McCool asked me three different ways (why is he so obsessed with colonoscopies?) He also treated me very poorly, and acted like I was dumb. I also think he looks like Luigi from Super Mario.
I have not seen a more caring and through Doctor as Dr. Macool!! My family members also go to him and he's awesome!!
Had to wait over an hour to get test results and the PA didn't even have a list of the drugs I take. She wanted me to tell her. Earlier I went to pick up drug samples that I spoke to the girl the day before and it took them 20 minutes to find them. Staff is useless.
World's best doctor!!! Diagnosed me correctly with his test and got me the help i needed!!
Rated one of the best Doctors in the Central Florida area and it shows!!!! Best Dr. and caring staff.
