I was in here for less than five minutes and felt very dismissed. I was experiencing vertigo and dizziness that was confirmed benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, and with that diagnosis the symptoms come and go. I told him I was experiencing serious symptoms two weeks ago, but can only schedule with him two weeks out. I booked an appointment to see James lee because of sinus issues I was having. To say I will never go back is an understatement. During the course of the examination. He roughly pulled me back in the chair and then proceeded to tell me I had neck problems and snapped my neck to the right so hard I yelled at him. Saw Dr Lee today for my septum. I had a surgery on my septum from another Dr office in the past in the area which went horrid. Their office was very rude and unprofessional. But Dr Lee was very nice listened to any concerns I had and broke down my options to be on the path of breathing. I saw a bit of negative reviews but I don't think it matches the Dr who I met. Dr. Lee was rude and dismissive. He spent at most five minutes with me, then told me we were done and I should go. This was hands down the worst experience with a medical professional I’ve ever had.
