This place is a joke ... I used to work here and I’m thankful I don’t anymore
I can't believe my husband and I both had eye exams and ordered glasses and when they came in they didn't even give us a cloth (made for glasses so they won't scratch) to wipe them with. And today my daughter went to pick up her contacts,( who also had an eye exam) didn't even get a contract case to put them in. All that money spend and couldn't even give us what we need to care for them. WOW!!! THERE IS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE ANYMORE!!!!
