I haven’t even been able to set an appointment because the receptionist or whoever answered the phone was SO RUDE. I called to see if they were accepting new patients. After answering the phone and me asking whether they were accepting new patients, the person practically yelled “No!” before hanging up on my face. I was bewildered by that behavior.
