Would HIGHLY recommend this office...from the receptionist to the Doc.. everyone always had smiles and great personalities especially Dr. Good he is hilarious. Was in and out had a biopsy today(I hate needles) Dr. Good talked me through it and even cracked a joke. Had me laughing on my way out. Great service and staff. Thank You Comprehensive Foot and Ankle.
Good experience with doctor, had some issues with scheduling one time but didn't affect my opinion of Dr. Good.
I had great results until I attempted to schedule an in-office procedure recommend by the doctor...office staff informed me they don't do prior authorization paperwork and instructed me to do it myself and submit it to my insurance. Never in my over 50 years is this something I have ever even heard of an office doing. Sue did attempt but was unable to locate some of the codes I needed to do this. I highly doubt front desk has the sole responsibility of providing this information to patients and unfortunately, they have no id... read more
