Good experience with doctor, had some issues with scheduling one time but didn't affect my opinion of Dr. Good.
I had great results until I attempted to schedule an in-office procedure recommend by the doctor...office staff informed me they don't do prior authorization paperwork and instructed me to do it myself and submit it to my insurance. Never in my over 50 years is this something I have ever even heard of an office doing. Sue did attempt but was unable to locate some of the codes I needed to do this. I highly doubt front desk has the sole responsibility of providing this information to patients and unfortunately, they have no id... read more
An amazing Dr and surgeon. So glad to have found him and his staff.
Our family has depended on Dr. Good for many years. Great office with a wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. I've always appreciated him taking time to listen to my concerns with a genuine curiosity and review diagnosis & treatment options thoroughly. Very Highly recommended.
