Anyone putting off dental work out of fear needs to make an appointment with Dr. Flerra’s office. When I told them about my anxiety, the whole staff did an incredible job helping me feel secure. They explain every step of what they are doing and check in regularly during procedures to make sure you are okay. I will never delay a dental appointment again.
Worst place to get dental work, walked out with a gap that never existed and they refuse to fix, stay far far away!!! UPDATE- Their response should tell you everything you need to know. They will TRY to do better, but they won’t fix the gap THEY MADE!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS, added pictures so you can come here if you want to be spitting water through your 2 front teeth!
Knowing not in network with insurance, I still liked doctor Flerra. After being a patient for several years, was told I had an abscess tooth and I was desperate to take care of it.! Receptionist (Dr. Flerra' s wife ) would not except my care credit card, nor let me make payments, would not help work it out in any way.? Receptionist is not friendly at all, never smiles, or I have never seen her smile. I had to move on and re-establish with another dentist. Im a new patient! The initial experience with the receptionist who LISTED to me and really took the time to understand what my needs were I knew I had found my new dentist! Megan is knowledgeable, Passionate and personable. I don’t think I have ever had a cleaning done that well. She explained everything to me and made me feel comfortable. Dr Flerra was very polite and educated and took the time to explain things to me. I’m so glad to have found this wonderful dentist and AMAZING people.
