The office moves very fast, in a good way. Very efficient and polite. The doctor took the time to explain my situation careful and relatable. Definitely would recommend.
You guys just send out “no shows” of a $25 charge when we actually CALL TO CANCEL 48 hours before? Because I just got an invoice when I specifically called to cancel and I have the phone records to prove the call and the time stamp. Respectfully, please delete that invoice. Make it make sense. Thanks.
