Dr. Attra's warm bedside manner and patience allowed my bashful son to open up and trust him, which is not an easy task. His swift decision to surgically repair my son's ear drum successfully restored a portion of his hearing. We are incredibly thankful for Dr. Attra and his team. Highly recommend!!
I have worked in Healthcare for fifteen years. The front desk staff is rude, unwelcoming, and lack social skills. This office has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. The Audiologist was unable to complete my son's hearing test because he was "too active" and "upset". The Audiologist was a blonde female, seemed annoyed and wasn't very patient or understanding.
