Made a first time appointment for 3:30 pm. They called at 3:13pm, while I was turning into the parking lot, and was told I had to reschedule, because I was a first time patient and needed to be there 30 mins before my appointment to fill out paper work. I was never told this in the 2 phone calls I had with them setting the appointment up. I actually had a hard copy of the paper work already filled out with me and they still turned me away. Thanks for my missed hours at work!
What a great experience going to the dentist. I have always had major anxiety regarding visits. This place made me feel right at home and put any fear to rest. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Customer service is top notch!
Getting wisdom teeth out is not FUN- but Dr. Thomas made it as painless as possible. We felt well prepared prior to appointment and were thankful to be greeted by gentle and understandable professionals upon arrival. The procedure was quick and painless and my daughter and I were quite impressed with the evening follow up call. Thank you to the whole team for taking such good care of my daughter!
