James III build our forever home and we just love it! They are very easy to work with, from the owner to the superintendent to the subs. They were very friendly as well as patient with us as we were doing our first home building. They would definitely be the first we would contact if we move and build again. Thank you James III!
This builder is horrible. He will try to get out of items that are written out on the price sheet. He will then complain and hold your house hostage as he doesn't feel he gets enough money from you on the closing. He will not complete items that you point out during the formal walk though and give you BS excuse. He will then drag out on fulfilling items on the contract that you were told would be done within the next week.
