Dr James Huong and his office treated me terribly. They didn’t refill my order which I didn’t realize he was supposed to thought I was just on it. Called the office and they treated me like a child. He knew I sought other opinions but according to the office they had no knowledge. Come on you don’t leave notes about your patients! I know I went somewhere else to make the right decision for me but this guys a joke!
You won’t regret it if you choose Dr. James Hwong as your urologist. He is a very capable, professional, knowledgeable doctor. He uses his expertise and broad range of experiences to make the best decision for his patients. He is always thinking of and treating his patients like family members. His office staff and care team are also very professional, helpful and nice. Thank you so much Dr. Hwong and your entire team!
The doctor is amazing. But They do not tell how much it costs upfront. I asked them to explain the bill when I received it. All they do is repeating that I should contact the billing department. They are avoiding their responsibility about what a patient should know.
