James recently (September 2019) did our home inspection. He completed the inspection on the date he agree on and had the inspection prepared and sent a day or two later. I would absolutely use him again.
Jim provided a very thorough and professional report, and made appropriate referrals for his suggested repairs. He was available in an short amount of time to inspect the property, and provided his report the next day. I would absolutely use his services in the future.

Jim did the inspection of a 5,000 sqft home for me and missed several significant issues that should have been repaired by the seller. I believe Jim spent more time talking with owner than really looking for obvious issues. Jim missed a leaking sunroof and two windows with rotten frames. When I brought this to his attention he was very reluctant to fix issue he missed or give me my money back for his poor work.
