Best lobster roll on the planet. It's the only reason I fly to Boston. Well, that and my boss sends me there for "work", but I only agree because I know I'll get a James Hook lobster roll.
Great lobster and clam rolls! Not a value meal but the quality and freshness were fabulous!
Customer service pretty much doesn't exist at this place to say the least.
I go here as often as I can afford and I live next to a lobster pound at that.
