The lobster rolls were very good. The customer service not so much. I watched someone cleaning up (because it was closing time) and he took the condiments off the table a woman was sitting at. She asked very nicely for something back and the person told her to hurry up... The person who helped my friend, was just in a hurry to leave. When you walk on you already know that it’s going to be expensive (it’s seafood) but I think no matter the time customer service should always be a 10. Wicked Awesome!!! I’m from the Chicagoland area and always stop at James Hook and Co. right after picking up my rental car in order to pickup a large lobster roll. Always the best! Love em!!!!
