They put an extra 7 quarts of oil in my wife’s car! Clearly they have so much business coming in they don’t have time to check the dip stick. Service manager seemed more concerned about himself than the disposition of the vehicle. Upper management was a snake oil salesman who eventually ghosted me. I get it, mistakes happen, but these guys are dodgy; beware.
My star rating is deceptive. The dealership's parts department is no longer where it was. Maps sent me to three different spots, and it took me an additional hour, even after finding the right spot, to order an overpriced tube of paint for a 10-year-old car. BUT - I was happy to be able to buy it, as it was unavailable anywhere else. The person who helped me with it and another product ( unavailable) was extremely helpful, persistent in searching all options he had and others that may work for me.
