I do not have enough words to describe the amount of help the dealership has offered and assisted me with the issues I've been experiencing. However, I also do not have enough words to describe the epic failure of the dealerships service department. I know they are wanting to help. But clearly when something is very evident to be wrong. I would give 0 stars but anyways spent 4 hours waiting they could've just told me I didn't qualify. I would've been fine but i had to come back again which was a almost 2 hour drive. Also i had to keep on constantly asked for updates because they told me nothing until i asked and then they would finally do somthing. They also ended up selling me a truck with a bad transmission and some type of electrical problem with the miles. Sketchy sales team, don't listen to your needs. They would rather make any sale over helping you get what you want or need.
