I called James heating and air at 11:00 this morning. At 1:00 I received a call from a service technician. Sam and David were on their way to our house. They accessed the problem and started troubleshooting. Not only did they fix the problem, they also cleaned the air coils that were very, very dirty. I highly recommend James Heating and Air for any A/C or Heating problems that you might have. Sam and David were very professional and great to work with! Thank you both so much for your help!!!
James heating and air are real honest. I had to call a different company that came out on a Sunday because they weren’t open on weekends. They wanted to sell me a new system . when I could tell they weren’t honest.i called James heating and air . Sam knew exactly what it needed had it up and running in an hour with wiring only being replaced. Next time I will suffer through the weekend without ac. honesty and knowledge Sam has it . My oil furnace kept cutting off. After 2 other companies coming out and not being able to figure out what was wrong, David came to our rescue. We sure appreciate it and will recommend you to everyone!
