I started going to Dr James almost 4 years ago for immune deficiency. She has given me great care! Her staff is wonderful and I’m grateful for the care I receive!
Everyone here is great, i cant say enough good things about them.
Dr. James worked with my daughter for almost 18 months to solve and diagnose why she had chronic hives all over her body. Yes we did have to wait, but it was worth it. Yes, some of the staff have bad days, but so does everyone else. Yes, she sent us to Vanderbilt to rule out what she thought. Now, my daughters hives are controlled, but immune system is low because of required medication. We appreciate everything Dr. James and her staff has done for our daughter. I would and will recommend her to all.
My son's rheumatologist recommended that he see an immunologist as well. His PCP sent referral to Dr James but yet Dr James responded, it would be easier for us to see an Immunologist in Vanderbilt, as that is where his rheumatologist is located and it would be easier for them to work together. Communication should NOT be an issue between Huntsville & Vanderbilt as my son's PCP in Huntsville can also view all his information via the Vanderbilt portal. It just seems that Dr James is trying to push us off to another doctor so ... read more
Dr. James explained things to me that other doctors couldn't and seemed to really care about me getting better. Staff was very nice, too.
