I’ve tried calling the office several times this week for an appointment for my husband. No answer, no call back. Now onto finding a new primary care physician. I’m really disappointed they operate this way.
I joined this practice with high hopes... Chelsea was my provider, and things went ok, at first. Issues with prescriptions from day one, and every single month afterward. EVERY SINGLE MONTH. I would have to make repeated phone calls, trying to find where my meds were, in spite of very clear, very specific directions from me. I never received an explanation or apology for the stress this caused. The staff seemed to be unsupervised, and disinterested, and couldn't be bothered. Chelsea never addressed the situation.
