Can’t say enough about Jamie and Katie. They helped us sell our house in January of 2023 in Hampton Falls, NH. They researched the value of all other homes in our neighborhood as well as other Neighborhoods in nearby towns with similar homes to determine the best selling price for our house. I highly recommend Katie and James, they are an amazing team! They helped us sell our previous home and buy a new one and it was a long process that spanned two states. Jamie was incredible to work with. His calm nature makes an otherwise stressful process easy and enjoyable.
