I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. The chairs they had in the waiting room were average, I would say. They weren't amazing but they weren't totally uncomfortable either. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. The staff here was rude and unwelcoming. Totally not a family environment at all. They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule. They are nice but WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked. They should really allow for more time in between appointments if they want to keep any business. Their office looked like the cleaning crew may have skipped a week. Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. They staff spoke very highly of him/her Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely!
