I am probably one of the most nervous dental patients, but Dr. Hanchett and his team make every visit a comfortable one. I’ve had many procedures completed by Dr. Hanchett and his great staff, and have never had any complaints. Dr. Hanchett uses a gentle approach, which is great for my dental anxiety. Despite Water’s Edge not taking our insurance anymore, my husband and I will continue to receive all our dental work here. I highly recommend this office for all dental needs!
My 2 year old daughter and I had appointments this morning. She went first and Kasi was GREAT with her! Explained, let her feel and touch! After She was done it was my turn and the WHOLE staff was awesome with my daughter. They treated her like their own and didn’t mind that the coloring I brought to entertain her didn’t work! It’s a prime example of why living in a small town is great and the community is even better! 10/10 would recommend going there for your kids visits - they made what I remember as a horrible experience... read more
