The owner is really knowledgeable and helpful...but the ladies, so far, have all been excellent in point of skill and service....always wish they would have an English only policy on the floor, but that's a small issue ...price, quality and service make this a place to highly recommend...definitely better than supercuts

I wish I could give a negative rating. The person was rude and shouting at me for staying with my child while getting a hair cut in front of all the customers. They wouldn't even let me explain what kind of a hair cut I wanted for my kid!!!

I just moved back to San Jose and was looking for a good barber/hairstylist and looked at several shops online along with their reviews. This one had excellent reviews so I thought I would give it a try today. I walked in there early afternoon and the employees were friendly. I waited lesson two minutes before Cathy greeted me and asked me what kind of haircut I wanted. My boys love going here for their haircut and the staff is very friendly. They do a great job. Highly recommend it.
