Buyer Beware. Posting a poor review seems to be my only recourse to warn others about my experience. I wanted to come away with a real success story. I consulted with Dr Rosing about my lipo on arms and decided to move forward. The front office staff at the time was really a pleasure. Then it turns badly. I underwent surgery for my arms. I was told that I would see results in 6-8 weeks after my surgery.
