Zero stars of possible. I am a 100% disabled veteran who was in a Helicopter accident in Iraq. I have had many spinal surgeries. I went to this clinic and had an injection and ended up in the hospital that night and being admitted because of the injection. I had an appointment with PA Pacheco after being released and let him know what had happened. He had me take as drug screen as I had expected, but unexpected was his refusal to help because I had medications in my system from the hospital. It’s all documented in my records... read more

Don’t see dr rice if you’re a woman, Gay, or fat. He is the rudest, most condescending, overtly prejudice md I’ve ever experienced. He has little knowledge about myofacial pain syndrome, trigger points, and could not have been more disrespectful. He made asinine assumptions not based in reality, talked aggressively at me, interrupted my every sentence, made disgusted looks at my wife and I, belittled my injuries, rolled his eyes at us, and could not look more angry to be there. Disgusting!
This is the worst place I have ever been, I have been trying to get to Dr. Rice since November. it was very difficult to get any appointment, finally after 2 weeks they gave me an appointment for 2 months but unfortunately they canceled it and told me that Dr. Rice would not be at work. ok, they gave me a second visit in two months and I finally arrived somehow. I've gone to Dr. Rice for years now. He is very caring, kind, pleasant and always accurate with my pain injections. He also has a great sense of humor and always makes me laugh. His Nurse Hillary is also so wonderful! I love her.
