When reviewing the experiences of care my family has received from Dr. James Gilsdorf’s office. The experiences have been great! Doctor Gilsdorf is a man of passion for his work. The patience’s needs come first and for most to Dr. Gilsdorf. While in the office for a routine visit for my daughter Dr. Gilsdorf was asked for his professional opinion to a matter with my son at the time my son 9 years old and was not his patient but was having dental issues that the family dentist over looked. I absolutely love Dr. Gilsdorf's office and all of the staff. Everyone there is always extremely nice and Patty, the receptionist, always knows me by name when I arrive. Makes a person feel welcomed and its a whole new experience when employees of a business actually care and know who you are! Every appointment I have ever had, they have been on time with getting me in and out. I have never had to wait for my appointment and that says a lot about the office. I would highly recommended Dr. Gilsdorf for Orthodontic care. We drive an hour north of our home just so our family can benefit from their prompt, attentative and thorough services. We appreciate Dr. Gilsdorf's proactive professional advice which helps us decide the appropriate course of action for treatment. Office Manager, Patty, is wonderful to work with.

I absolutely love Dr. Gilsdorf and his staff! I have always been treated with respect and kindness! Dr. Gilsdorf does his job amazingly well and is very pleasant and funny! I have never had to wait more than two minutes to be seen and I am in and out within about 5-10 minutes and can go on with my day, which is wonderful!
