This is a shut up and work company, with a very hostile work environment. There is a total good ole boy system in place at this company (race is not a factor) I was supposedly hired as a permanent ironworker and Class A Cdl driver. My first week I worked 46.5 hours, intentionally I was only paid for 26.5 and then another 18 hours after I called Brad at the office about my direct deposit.
