They were really warm, polite and extremely helpful helping my family from helping with irrevocable paperwork with a life insurance policy, explaining end of life plans etc. Talking to anyone here from the front desk to the counselors was like talking to family. I had a great experience at James H Cole. Everyone was professional and organized.
From the moment my mom passed away at 2am in the Nursing home, her final wishes was to be Cremated and to have James Cole funeral home to handle her homegoing. They came within the hour on such short notice of being notified. Very professional and understanding of my situation at that time, he was very professional in handling her remains and they kept constant touch with me about her future plans. Are family is so grateful for all that Karla Cole and her staff did for us. Although we were saddened about our loss the encouragement and the support given was outstanding. From beginning to end I couldn’t have chosen a better place for our family in time of grief. This is not a place that anyone would look forward to but this is like family now. May God continue to bless this wonderful and necessary establishment.
