Everything from my first call to the the return home after repass was excellent. I have no complaints and would recommend the main chapel to anyone in need of this service.
I just wanted to express my thanks and appreciation to ALL the staff at James H Cole Funeral Home. From beginning to end, I received the utmost care, professionalism and respect. My mom passed in June and I truly didn't have any experience in how to handle end of life plans. Yet, the staff really provided the help and compassion I needed to get through one of the most difficult seasons. A special thanks to Carmen and Ms.Cole for your patience and understanding.
