Jim is an EXPERT and a craftsman. He did the hardwood floors in our new house and they are amazing. He used Tung Oil over a nice brown stain on variable-width red oak. If you saw our floors, you wouldn't want anyone but Jim doing your floors and you would also want Tung Oil instead of polyurethane. (FYI: the floors aren't oily, in case you thought that). Jimmy sanded, repaired and refinished the floors in our 1793 house and they are beautiful! He's a very nice man, prompt, hardworking, and eager to do what is best for the homeowner. He's had a lot of experience and is very knowledgeable about restoring old houses and gave us lots of great advice to help us bring out the best in our antique home.
