Be prepared if their toy machines take your money they will not give your child their coins back. Was informed that we don’t “own” the toy machines and cannot take the money out of their till to replace my child’s 50 cents. Give me a freaking break! Most business keep tabs on how many refunds they’ve handed out and get reimbursed by the third party company when they come fix or stock the machine. Literally 90% of the machines are out of order.FYI
We used to absolutely love James gang, but recently we’ve been so disappointed. The last 3 times we’ve called ahead, gotten our estimated wait time and then waited an additional 30-60 mins. The second time they offered a refund, but something with their machine wasn’t working and gave a gift card instead. My fiancé emailed them that same night and never received a response. James Gang is amazing! They went above and beyond for us tonight on a delivery order that got complicated. (my fault) They were so incredibly understanding and patient when things got confused on my end. I will always recommend these guys. Their food is always on point and their service is always wonderful!
I like there pizza its good
Very rude, no personality, food was very greasy and cold made me sick afterwards due to all the grease. I was excited to try a new pizza place and to see actual mojo jojos, very dissatisfied. Will not be going back. Thank you to the one guy there who helped me out to my car with everything though, sorry I didn’t catch your name. You should be running the place.
Treat the customers who call in as important as the customers that call in.. show respect... don't have an attitude with customers ... care about what you are doing.. care about your service.. we customers pay your check!!!
