Disrespected me
He is a great Doctor very understanding and a good listener. Office needs work Whenever you call you are sent to a recording to leave a message they might call you back when they get time or never call you back if they don't think it is important no call back I been trying to get ahold of them concerning my insurance for a week or two no luck I'm going to change Doctors I hate to but the office is not working for me
I was refused to be tested for Lyme Disease because I don’t have the rash symptom. I explained I have a stiff neck and a headache, uncharacteristic low energy, tingling arms and hands (for over a week now) and the kicker- my husband and both dogs have ALREADY TESTED POSITIVE. I’m just feeling worse with each day, but the doc feels that I just have menopause, no need to test me!!!!! Needless to say, this was completely unacceptable and I’m switching doctors.
Dr. Schaffhauser always makes the experience detailed and informative. I appreciate his insight on all of my health issues.
