After being a long time patient Dr. McGee has had to cancel two of my appointments so he could go on vacation. Now that he has had to cancel two of my appointments the office (Chelsey) wants to charge me an extra exam fee because of the amount of time that has passed. I am not sure why a good practice seems to be falling apart. I tried to work with them but they insist on charging me an exam fee even though it has not been a year and it was the doctor that continues to cancel my appointments for his vacations. I’ve been going here for over 5 years and am so glad I found this practice. Dr. McGee is so friendly, the staff are all really thorough and happy. They all make it so easy!
Gentle, honest, trustworthy, and warm. It’s rare to find a dental practice that isn’t pushy and alarmist. James McGee and his entire staff are lovely people dedicated to doing a good honest job instead of using fear to upsell you on their services. After my visit, I feel happy about the condition of my teeth, I am more confident about how to maintain my teeth, and I feel warm fuzzy feelings from the compassionate care I received. I highly recommend this dentist if you want someone you can trust, and someone that truly cares.
My first visit to the office and the front desk staff members were very friendly and helpful if I had any questions. My cleaning went very well! I walked feeling good and happy with how my teeth cleaning went. I also was able to meet Dr. McGee and he was very nice! My mother referred me to Dr. McGee, and I'm happy she did :)
