Excellent commercial appraiser. I send Jim many clients that I cannot service and he always takes care of them with professionalism.
Jim came out and was very nice. But then forgot to take pictures of one of the rooms. So he had to come back a second time. Whenever he came back the second time my husband had to inform him that there was a third bathroom that he had no idea about. Once the appraisal came back we were astounded at all of the discrepancies in his report! He used comparables from 2 years back and some that weren t even listings.
