Mr. James Romero was initially very pleasant, courteous, and communicative when setting up a first time visit with us, but abruptly stopped answering text messages & calls at the scheduled time to meet leaving us with a blind-sided no show and zero explanation as to why.
Nightmare… I called James based on his exceptional reviews. We set up an appointment for a Monday morning and he called and we met He tole me to give him 2to 3 days for esteemed and when I did not received I tax him and he told me I will have it by Sunday. Monday James toke me he have to run to the hospital with his while but is almost don with esteemed and he will not char him for the bathroom downstairs because the fixtures are instill .With 10 day pas and no esteemed I tax him again and he just tax that can take the job w... read more
This guy is a clown besides not showing up , when called out on his unprofessional behavior he threatens violence. WHAT A POS. You’re not scary James and you will be a failure because you’re mentally ill , seek help buddy I feel bad for you.
James is such a nice guy and does great work, highly recommend!
