I bought a car from here and the day after I brought it home the check engine light was on. They refused to fix it! First time they said i didn't buy my car from them, that the VIN number didn't exist. Then I was told its just a sensor issue and its no big deal. Lastly! They stopped returning my voicemails and I had to show up there in order for them to even talk to me. They pushed this until my warranty expired, then they wanted to talk. Jeff Bracket is a great service manager. He's always friendly and courteous and the really nice thing about him is he doesn't look at you like your a total idiot when you can't explain the problem in a technical way but understands what you are trying to say.
