Typically Bait and switch dealership internet price was one figure upon going into the dealership for that same vehicle the price was 10k more. The most dishonest way to do business. Management was totally unprofessional
NEVER USE THIS DEALERSHIP. I have no idea how they have such a high rating. I bought a Mach-E from them last December and it has been a nightmare. They did the whole “someone else is coming to get the car!!!!” thing which I knew was BS, but I wanted the car anyway so I decided to go through with it. I recently purchased an F-250 from James Ford. It had been 11 years since my last car buying experience so I was apprehensive about the whole process. Dan Hamren was the person I dealt with at the dealership and he did a fantastic job of getting me the truck that I needed.
