Great place to get service work and rates seem to be pretty standard. The team is pretty good about communication and my experience so far has been positive. Love the pick up and drop off service!
I just bought a truck from Dan Hamren at James ford in HMB. It was the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. I needed a work truck with no bells and whistles and I was in and out of there in no time. The finisher Dennis was also super easy to work with. Nobody was super pushy and they only sol me what I needed. I’ll definitely be buying my trucks and vans from them from here on out.
James Ford is great to work with. Honest and transparent service department. I have used them exclusively for my vehicles for the last 7 years. The service time is generally quick, and through, often same day. James Ford will not gouge you for servicing like the dealerships on the peninsula. I'd highly recommend James Ford, you will find the experience refreshing.
