Last year we bought a truck at James Ford from Dan Hamren. At that time I felt he changed my opinion of car salesman. He listened to what my husband wanted and didn't want. Never ignore and tried to sell us something else ( what was on lot). This year we were looking for Bronco Sport. Again we told him what we wanted and didn't want. If you need a repair on your vehicle, I recommend James Ford and half Moon Bay, I’ve tried the other Ford dealership in serramonte And they were a complete nightmare, Tried to cheat me and took three months for a repair. James Ford Was very professional was able to communicate step-by-step what they were doing and they had a quick turnaround for the car picking up.
