Administration need to implement a documented check-in system. After speaking to 2 admin staff, on 4 different occasions, I left after a 40 minute wait. This is considered a 'no show ' and is displayed on my health records as such- indicating disorganisation, disengagement from services etc. Another excellent example of NSW Health doctoring records and creating narratives to suit their intentions
