James was excellent. Every house I wanted to see he booked right away. He also knew what I wanted, and didn't try to talk me into other homes. He responded to every message, or text promptly. When it came to options and ways to purchase he was on point! If I had any questions about a home, he asked the seller and gave me the answers right away! I strongly recommend him as a realtor!
