Waited months for the office to call me to schedule a new patient appointment after receiving my referral. Once they called and I returned their phone call to set the appointment up they now said they will need a new referral because their new patient appointments are going into December and my referral expires before then. They said they were waiting to see what my insurance coverage would be . I can’t imagine that takes months and now I need a new referral. I will be going elsewhere.
Oh my! What a breath of fresh air to find a doctor who gets it. I've had type 1 diabetes for 25+yrs and in those years I've only had one doctor who got it and that doctor was a type 1 too. This gentleman is Wonderful and he listens, that in itself is unheard of these days. So happy I made the move to this much closer to me Endo doc. Thank you for caring about what I have to say. Highly recommend him. 💕
