Great experience. He works at providing the best advise; and he works and listens to you. I have dealt with scrolliosis in my lower back my whole life. As I have grown older, this condition changed. Dr Jay provided great options and said he would do more research on treatments he was not familiar.
The office personnel are the best! No long wait for my appointment Dr Fay explained everything to myself and my husband. He listened
Dr. Fay was excellent. He took requisite time to explain fully all the things I needed to know as well as answered my questions thoughtfully. He was candid and clear. The staff could be a tad more welcoming; seems they were a bit overwhelmed/stressed?
I haven’t had my treatment as of this post. That being said when I met with Dr Fay he was more interested and informative of my care than any Dr I’ve met before. After meeting him I’m more hopeful than I’ve ever been.
