Dr. Fay was excellent. He took requisite time to explain fully all the things I needed to know as well as answered my questions thoughtfully. He was candid and clear. The staff could be a tad more welcoming; seems they were a bit overwhelmed/stressed?
I haven’t had my treatment as of this post. That being said when I met with Dr Fay he was more interested and informative of my care than any Dr I’ve met before. After meeting him I’m more hopeful than I’ve ever been.
Everyone was so accommodating and kind. I'm glad to be a patient at this clinic.
Would definitely recommend Dr Fay. Extremely knowledgeable, and has a great way of explaining the procedures in detail that is reassuring. The nursing staff were professional, and made you feel comfortable.
