I am absolutely furious about my experience at this so-called "dental clinic" for wisdom teeth extraction. Let me lay it out for you: I provided all of my insurance information over the phone when I made the appointment. I show up on time, only to be kept waiting for an hour because apparently, they couldn't keep track of the information I already provided. Then, after enduring the routine exam, what do they tell me? "Go home, we'll call you with the copayment details." Guess what? That call never came. Not a peep from them ... read more
This practice made up excuses such as their X-ray down doctor had to go home due to emergency etc after we made confirmed dates (2xs) for appointments I would give it a 0 for real bad customer service experience what a waste of time don’t go there
