Dr. ZUMSTEIN has the kindest heart and takes such good care of us as a family. We feel cared for and not just treated medically as a patient.We met him while my mom was hospitalized at Jack Houston and was so impressed with his care. We ask to be his patients. Having him as our doctor is a privilege.

Dr Zumestein is a good doctor, but the staff there is VERY rude. Sherry and Dorris are the only exceptions, they are always kind. I had several staff members get an attitude when I was simply trying to find out information. I can NEVER get an appointment and am always referred to urgent care. Ma'am you haven't been in since 2014, you're basically a new patient. Maybe if I could actually get an appt? Can't handle the amount of patients they already have. Don't go here!
Very caring, very thorough. Gets to the bottom of what is wrong with you, and most importantly LISTENS! staff is great I feel like I am well taken care of.I absolutely love him.
