After weeks of pain, finally got an appt today, of course Watts not present, a PA saw me and basically asked why I was there, Watts is my doc, and now they are sending me elsewhere, still no pain relief and no direction 2 more weeks of waiting, I was hoping to be instructed what to do next for relief, and all I got was wasted time, and questions, amazing, had an MRI recently too, no one in charge
Dr Watts is The very best! However, the Destin office woman who deals with Veterans & VA insurance is so unkind, blatantly rude. She was so belittling when I was told by the VA that Dr Watts was faxed several times my authorization thru the 'portal' weeks ago & again last week. I even have a copy of the authorization! I'm just a Vet needing my surgeon for extreme pain. Help!!
Dr Watt was great. He has been watching too much Yellowstone. With that beard and those boots I thought he was going to take me to the train station? LoL. But seriously, I am so excited to finally have a doctor really hear me and understand that I want a cure with and end to my pain. Not just pills and bandaids. He came highly recommend and after meeting him I totally understand why. It's hard for strong stubborn men (me) to trust Doctors. I own that. It's such a relief to know he will take good care of me.
