Friendly and efficient. Not words you can use with all medical services providers, I'm afraid. Front desk staff are friendly and efficient, the check-in process (on line) simple. I have yet to wait more than 10 minutes for someone to see me. The nurses are professional and knowledgable. Dr. Watt himself is a warm, down to earth man who knows his craft, and gets right to work. His PA, Lauren Flowers, is outstanding. She knows what she's doing, but tries to do it as transparently and painlessly as possible. What she had to do ... read more
