Wonderful staff
I would never recommend this doctor or his office. I moved her from Washington to Sonoma and needed a Primary Care Physician so I am a new patient. I went in for the exam and was re-prescribed medications that I had been taking in Washington. I filled two of the prescriptions but one of the drugs (one he recommended) requires a physicians authorization for my insurance company to pay for. I have had ongoing problems with this physician’s office. They are disorganized and clearly do not care about a patient’s well-being. Getting refills & referrals taken care of is next to impossible without multiple calls, multiple errors and outright lies by the staff. Dr. Leoni farms out refilling prescriptions to a physician’s assistant who checks in once a week to refill meds & you are unable to actually talk to her.Over a 4 month period, I had multiple prescriptions for myself & family that each took multiple calls to ge... read more
Dr Leoni has been my family's doctor for many years. Too Many! I will never, ever, again set foot in his office. For the last two weeks I have been in great pain in my right shoulder. Terrible pain. Nauseating pain. But LEONI was too busy to help. He promised a cortisone shot, but expected me to wait another week, after already waiting a week, after seeing his Nurse Practitioner. I finally walked into his office without an appointment, seeking relief. He was too busy and I left without any help!
He is a magnificent Dr. I have been going to him for 20 years+/-
